How to Care for Your Period Pants

1. Rinse in Cold Water First

After wearing, rinse your period pants in cold water as soon as possible. Cold water prevents blood from setting into the fabric and protects the absorbent lining. Never use hot water — heat can break down the fibres and reduce absorbency over time.

2. Hand Wash or Use a Gentle Machine Cycle

You can wash period pants by hand using a mild, fragrance-free detergent, or place them in a mesh laundry bag and run a gentle/delicate cycle at 30°C or below. Avoid washing with heavy items like jeans or towels that can cause friction damage.
