Our prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT within the EU. Before completing your order, we will clearly outline the total cost, covering all expenses, including shipping fees. Please note that there may be additional charges (customs duties) upon package collection in your local country, which we do not cover.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and fulfill it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 business day. If your selected item is unavailable despite your order placement, we'll promptly inform you via the email address associated with your order.

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time

We ship your goods with PostNord Sverige AB. We offer different delivery choices, such as delivery to your mailbox, or to a delivery point. 

Delivery options may differ based on your location, delivery preferences, and order size. For home delivery without a signature, you agree that acknowledgment is not required, and the package is considered delivered once left by the driver. If your order is too large for the mailbox, PostNord may leave it at the door or outside. In these cases delivery is considered complete once the driver leaves the package outside your location, and the responsibility for the shipment transfers to you.

Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days within Sweden and 2-10 business days for international orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your order every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Sweden: 39 SEK - 54 SEK (Free shipping over 800 SEK).
Europe: 69 SEK (Free shipping over 800 SEK).
Rest of the World: 100 SEK (Free shipping over 800 SEK)

You will get free delivery if the total value of your order is SEK 800 or more.  

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
