Return Policy

At Janed Ardor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
The purchase agreement is completed once you, as the customer, receive an order confirmation email from us.

Cancellation

To cancel an item, please ensure you do so within 10 minutes of placing your order.

To cancel, kindly send us an email with the following details: Subject: Order Cancellation - Order Number X. Provide reasons for cancellation and specify whether you wish to cancel the entire order or only certain products. Reach out to us at hello@janedardor.com.

Exchange

Need to exchange your purchase? No worries, we've got you covered! Simply reach out to us at hello@janedardor.com with your order details and the reason for exchange, along with the item you'd like to exchange for. Our team will assist you promptly.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached. While you're welcome to try on your new pieces to ensure they fit, please refrain from wearing or cleaning them. This helps ensure that they're ready for return in their original state.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@janedardor.com to obtain a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, normally within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Janed Ardor is not responsible for any product lost during return shipping.
